Cherrier Vivace & Tograc

It is not released anywhere, the car is still a WIP.

 

I know the interior isn't finished but can we see a rough draft? Maybe we can give some feedback and therefore make the development more efficient.
Personally I would like to see maybe the instrument cluster and day time running lights go to sleep when the car is off. Like in the ETK 800 and maybe the new car. I love this game so much though keep up the good work

devs must be sad when they spend tons of time doing the exterior designs, figuring out where lines should be to look good, try to be artistic and original. Then immediately after release of a picture people start pointing fingers on which car does it look like in real life

I hope that there are different trim levels for the same engine. For example, I can get a VW Golf (not GTI or R) with a few different engine options regardless of what features are on the car, or vice versa, get different trim options / packages / levels regardless of the engine. That’s one of my biggest gripes with the Sunburst. There is no high level trim that’s not sporty. The only thing that changes trim level to trim level on the sunburst is the drivetrain. I hope that there are more options. Otherwise, I love the design. Might not call it pretty, but that’s why it’s French. It’s super quirky and I cannot wait to finally have a 5 cylinder. I learned to drive in a Volvo V70R (high performance turbo I5) and am ecstatic to have one in game!!!

 

Just because people say it looks like this or that doesn’t mean you have to make a post about it. It’s technically on topic because they are talking about the design of the Vivace and how it compares to other real life cars. There is nothing wrong with comparing one thing to another.

 

Now we have an official vehicle to use the previously-unused I5 sounds!
I enjoy the I5 soundscape and might turn my daily into this!

Also, out of curiosity, have you guys tried to make a render of an assembled vehicle using the high-fidelity models?

 

I saw this car on the teaser trailer and had originally thought it was going to be the next line-up of Hirochi cars. I love the fact that we're getting yet another country into beamng and i can't wait to see what type of direction they take with the configurations.

But, the all new AWD, ABS and TC systems sound like they'll be fun to mess around with.

I think the reason Spiicy mentioned McLaren, at least from what I've noticed, is because the headlights on the Vivace somewhat resembles the ones on both the McLaren 570s and the McLaren P1, but the resemblance isn't 100%. The Vivace's headlights are still pretty unique, but that curvy warped boomerang-esc shape is what they really share in common.

On a slightly unrelated note, can I just point out what Im seeing here.

An Aussie dev with a like for Holdens.

(Nothing will probably ever come of that but I can & will dream)

 

The headlights are far more likely inspired by modern Renaults than McLarens.

 

Will it gets proactive part-time AWD like this?

 

If you have a look at the blog post they did on it, they go into detail on what they did to the AWD system on it.

 

Hate to burst your bubble but they actually do look at designs from real cars and mash them together with their own twist. Like @MisterKenneth said there are many cars with real life doppelgängers like the Autobello, Hopper and LeGran. Don’t take away that fun for people and be such a grouch about it. I’m tired of people telling other people they can’t say certain things even though you can freely say anything you want on the forums.
