No he didn't. He never claimed that the bolide corse was his mod. The pictures for his hypercar are in the bottom of his post, and it's NOT the bolide. He just doesn't speak english very well. He made models, put them in-game and even made conversion tools for Blender. Do your research before accusing someone next time please.
