While I don't like said "non-integrated infotainment screen sticking out of the dashboard like a sore thumb", I'll give this car the benefit of the doubt since certain cars do it worse than others, but it likely would contain the GPS or something.

Maybe the informant will also include a default screen with no GPS. Perhaps a tab for different scents.

    Obligatory not a lawyer.

If I understand correctly, the name was used by a small company in Argentinia that built Fiat's under license and went bankrupt 20 years ago. And it would be difficult to confuse the BeamNG fictional modern hatch with that one; recognition of the product is the primary reason for trademarks. So, I doubt there would be a problem.

Seing that this will be a car with both ICEs and electric motors, will it use a battery tunnel just like the eSBR or will it actually have different chassis with a regular electric "skateboard" battery type?

it was fiat themselves who run the names models and trademarks(ex president company called sevel manufactured fiat and peugeot) , yes it was more than 20 years ago but it was a name used a lot in latin america and to the truth "no real names" its a concern

Obligatory not a lawyer and unfamiliar with European laws

Trademark infringement requires that the products can be confused. Otherwise CocaCola could sue anyone that uses a bright red color for anything. I imagine it would be a tough sell for Fiat to claim that their old hatch could be confused with the Cherrier, and that's assuming they care enough for some reason. I mean, they could in theory send a cease & desist if they did, but anything more than that would be more money than it's worth for them in legal fees.

    This.

Plus, trademark over a product name is never global, it must be registered explicitly for each market the product will be available on for it to apply. To keep it with the FIAT analogy, they once had to rename the Bravo hatchback for the australian market, because Mazda was selling the B-Series pickup under that name.

Ok maybe I started a bushfire bigger than expected but I have to make the point and being in knowledge of the name that's being used, I feel obligated to say it, I don't want to make a controversial, I'm looking forward for this model, it looks great and very deep understanding of the 2020 automotive industry with lots of configs and drivetrains

    Don't worry.

Generic attributes and adjectives can't be copyrighted anyway, there's multiple products named "Vivace" in other fields, like the Giglio Vivace lineup of dairy products.

It's certainly an interesting quirk I did not know; now we can all say that it's a Vivace ;)
