To be honest, the way how the devs talk to the community has improved a lot, but I miss a bit the participation of "higher rank" in beamng staff (not sure if we say it like this), im specially talking about tdev and gabester when I see they both have over 2500 messages in the forum. It's not a serious issue because they probably don't have the time or the motivation or a ton of other valid reasons which is something I fully respect. In another side the other devs already do an awesome job with us .

 

Yeah I know what you mean, most devs see themselves as ABOVE their community in ivory towers, thats not the right mindset to have, its better to be grounded and level with everyone and keep the secret bits secret until you go out and reveal them, maybe a wheel here and a bit of bodywork over there

 

Hi @Leloo, congratulations on becoming a staff member!

 

Its obvious when you look at it, I know how to develop software and stuff its pretty hard but you have to allow for people to see what you are doing, eventually with me I am doing some hardware stuff with Raspberry Pis and stuff for a project my dad and myself are working on at the moment its all quite interesting

 

I don't know, maybe just keep being your awesome self

 

Be funny, not too much, but still funny, but keeping in mind every joke can start a big messy discussion (cc Update speculation thread) even if it was really funny, but don't do jokes at every message to look serious, but still be funny.

 

The community always likes little sneak peaks and teasers but we like to do a bit of puzzling on them.

 

Yep we all do and we do love a good puzzle to solve and sometimes we get it right and sometimes if the puzzle is done right we wont get the answer until release

That would be 1 second before they get banhammered by the Cyborg Nadeox1 for being underage minimum age on here is 13 or 14, from what I recall, its a German run forum so we have to abide by German rules on this....
