    Hi @Leeloo ! Congratulations on becoming part of the team and welcome to the forums!

    Good luck in the role of forum moderator - it's generally pretty quiet around here, but there's definitely the occasional flareup between two camps of users, university-flogging spambot, or Ivan Lochov trying to disrupt things. I noticed that the middle one recently tried something, and it looks like you've already gotten the situation under control, so you're doing great already!

    I do have a question to ask right off of the bat - does your role as Senior Community & Customer Support Manager include any functions related to the handling of community suggestions for official game content? Are there any suggestions or preferences you have for how, where, or when those should be composed and posted to the forums? Given that strong opinions on where and how to suggest content is something of a recurring issue and source of argument on the forums, can we please get some clarity on this subject?

    Gonna respond to all these in one go! This project and its community is absolutely phenomenal. I was looking to explore the world of indie development and work on a game that's not an MMO, so something different to my previous experience as I always love to learn new things. I'm also a huge fan of sandbox games, which added another point towards applying at BeamNG.

    Regarding my plans, obviously I can't make any big promises on day 1, but my first big goal is to streamline internal processes, which should translate into more efficiency in our comms.

    Haha, the name is inspired by the movie Fifth Element, so it's "Lee-loo", but there is a full version of the name that I doubt anybody can pronounce without extensive practice ;)
    Being the link between the community and the development team is the core of this job, yeah. Ideally the feedback should be constructive, but the art of being a Community Manager is represented in our ability to translate even the strongest of opinions into actionable feedback, so I will always try to look past the presentation and into the core of what the player is trying to convey. People are rarely being negative just for the sake of being negative :)
