How do I make something explode?

I was thinking of making a Pinto, but I realized I ran into a problem. I have no idea how to make something explode. Can somebody tell me how to do this?

 

a jbeam triggered explosion, i assume.

You can also use a bomb mod, like this one: https://www.beamng.com/resources/nuclear-bomb.3300/

However, with a bomb mod you need to make it collide with something in order for it to explode. If you want an instant explosion, do what LeeLoo did in his gif.
