With the added fact that some companies are already dropping out from E3 altogether (usually because they're now hosting their own premieres, and some are even trying to make digital alternatives of it).
Had my first go back on BeamNG a few days ago first time in well over a month, I tend to limit myself a little just because I dont wanna suffer from being burned out on a game so I allow myself to enjoy them, its like a fine wine if you will, if you have it too much, its boring, but if you savour it its special, thats what I see BeamNG as, that fine game but I have to limit myself on it so I dont get bored shitless on it, as for other things Automobilista 2 is coming and its using the same engine as Project Cars 2 and I am very much considering buying it, because it has got the all conquering McLaren MP4/4, sorry Mercedes but your attempts from 2014 - 2019 dont hold a candle to what McLaren did in 1988, but yeah I am curious about that game because I have the first one and what really pissed me off about that game was the fact that it mapped the brake and throttle together that really put me off the game for good because of that, how can you keep the engine revs up while braking in that game on a gamepad, its not possible! I am waiting for more info on the game like cars and tracks to see what they have got there.... As for Project Cars 2 I have been putting in the hours on Bathurst and Le Mans putting in long 90 minute races, I have done one 3 hour race at Le Mans 52 Laps in 3 hours in a Formula A car in February because I was so dang bored, I love Le Mans I went there from 2012 - 2015 to see the Le Mans 24 hours, you cant call yourself a Petrolhead until you have made the pilgrimage to Le Mans!, I have done it 4 times and I am so tempted to go back, as long as I can sleep in the middle of the circuit I am happy, if not well....its better to watch the race at home but you miss the feeling of having the engines vibrating your chest and internal organs its vicerial and I loved it!
@PriusRepellent congrats! Akg headphones are generally great. I'm not an audiophile, but my akg-tuned galaxy buds satisfy me very much
Neither am I really. I'm just getting into it and didn't want to spend a lot. The headphones use an XLR3 connector and come with cables allowing it to be plugged into both large ports (like on a guitar amplifier) or smaller ones like on a PC. Seriously though, these headphones make everything sound better and feel better to wear. They're designed to reproduce sound as accurately as possible. I never thought I'd see studio monitor headphones of this spec for under $200. Today was a very pleasant surprise.
@PriusRepellent The closest I'll get to studio headphones is the studio headphones I have! I've forgotten the name of them because I haven't used them for a while but I was lucky to get them under the $200 mark when I did, though you likely haven't heard of the brand! I'm more into using my phone now since it has a Built in Quad DAC that works. Oh yeah, audio stuff aint cheap, so I'm glad I'm mostly behind the spending spree
Today it gets decided if they should close all schools due to corona here in bavaria Austria and Italy already have and i think its a good idea to do that because itll slow the outbreak alot and im more in the camp of caution when it comes to corona
As for other things going on, the UK seems to be acting normally, as of Monday no meetings greater than 500 people are in force and there have been a load of movies that I wanted to see that have been postponed this pandemic is getting to be one nightmare after another, I have been keeping myself from going out so much these days only going out when needed, I am not infected, but I am keeping myself away from mass population centres As for other matters I finally had to trim my 'wildman' beard down to size because it was effecting the feel on my head of my headphones that were not sitting rightly on my head but since I have shaved most of the back half of my beard off its sitting nicer on my head without scratching
Same case here in Baku too, all universities, schools, opening ceremonies, marriage ceremonies are stopped because of the virus. All my uni exams are halted and government is giving distant education in schools till march 27 Th.
Here its basically impossible to get toilet paper noodles or other stuff that are basic needs Hand sanitizer is basically weighed in gold here. Also im not sure if the goverment and Media wants as to panic or if they want us to act normal because theyre currently doing both at the same time
The media can't be trusted on this. They are known to massively blow stuff out of proportion. Stick to WHO, CDC (or your country's equivalent), etc for info. Keep calm and carry on.
Minnesota, the US state I live in, has declared a state of emergency. Meetings have been limited to no over 250 people and social distancing of six feet has been recommended, but interestingly, many public schools remain open despite many colleges closing. The reasoning behind this, as I understand it, anyway, is that kids are not only not very susceptible, but also don’t really spread the virus all that much, which I’m not sure I buy yet. Things are pretty uncertain, even though we have 14 confirmed cases to date. It’ll be interesting how the coming months play out.
I had to trim it because my GSP670 headset was causing me to have skin irritation, they are much larger than the Logitech H800 headphones, but I am keeping my chin beard and my moustache that needs work I am going full "Evil" Goatee or a trimmed version of it
