Is the game coming out for the new generation of consoles?

I really like the game and want to play it myself, but my pc is too weak so I hope it's gonna be available for the PlayStation 5.

No. The devs have already said they have no plans to release the game on console.

If next gen consoles cost about $500, you could build yourself a decent pc for that money.

 

That wont be possible.
For PS4/xbox one it was doable as they were weak and outdated already on their launch.
XBOX Series X and PS5 will likely smash any Highend PC with ease this time.

CPU is only a touch slower, but has its huge advantage of getting a real low level API.
Just rethink what they realised with the really weak Jaguar cores...
RDNA 2 GPU is getting released in the same time for PC, but its pricetag will be way higher.
AMD didnt made any price fight with high priced nvidia yet and wont do i suppose.
