Am I the only one who despises AMI work? I understand the point of it, but why that it has to be such an egregious thing to get through makes me wanna throw a tantrum.
As someone clinically diagnosed and medicated, no, its not a choice. It just sort of happened. Starting when I was about 14 or so my mental health started declining and when I turned 18 it took a real nosedive. I'm doing okay now, though. Been better, but been way worse, too.
Sadly, I'm kinda of negative. I'm more negative then positive to be honest. I'm also a teenager who think positivity is boring at least 50% of the time, but I may or may not be more positive as an adult.
I have to agree to that. Most people around me just bullshit about "Ah stay positive you're not alone blah blah blah" and they're not even helpful. \_(ツ)_/

1: That's bad. I actually don't YouTube channels using copyrighted music as long as they are making a voice/text video, but that's just scummy. 2: I don't blame you. 3: I don't know either.
