0.19 Wrong aspect ratio after tabbing out

When I tab out of the game and then click on the now windowed game tab, then press alt + enter to make it fullscreen, it makes my resolution 1440x1080 (4:3). It did not do this before the update.

Also the Tograc Polizia (M) has an automatic shifter and pedals.
I don't know if this is intentional or not, but with a manual transmission, if you hold down the brake pedal and give it some gas, the clutch assistant will not try to engage the clutch. I don't like that change.

Mine is doing that too, it doesnt really bother me, since i’m running 1080p on a 4k Monitor, I have to adjust my setting anyway, but I also suffer the same issue

 

Oh mine behaves differently: it changes to the lowest possible resolution, and stretches it all over the screen

 

Mine stretches to the size of the screen too, that's just because of a setting inside OBS. But yeah mine changes to 1080p 4:3 for some reason
