Solved No engine smoke.

Ok so I've noticed that none of the cars have exhaust smoke. Anyone know what is wrong? I've cleared my cache more than once but it still doesn't work. Here is an example:

 

Is it only with that vehicle or does the T-Series not make any smoke as well?

 

All vehicles, but now I did a clean reinstall and deleted all my mods and reinstalled them one by one, and found the one (cessni's smoke mod) that was causing the problem.
