I must agree that I don't see any difference between arsenic and sport, I have done some test of acceleration and there's no difference between arsenic and sport (only in a straight line)
I feel like the arsenic mode stiffens up the suspension even more and uses the brakes a bit more cleverly mid-corner to help with torque vectoring.
Right now the Arsenic mode leaves you more freedom, it acts later, allows for more slip angle, doesn't baby you as much. In the future when torque vectoring is implemented that will certainly also be a factor.
Yes that's the case for now. We originally had it simply called "Track" but opted for a fancier name in the end.
The ESC should measure TWO slip angles, both front and rear slip angles. If the front slip angle is more than the rear slip angle, the vehicle is understeer and brake should applied to the inner rear, and if the rear slip angle is more than the front slip angle, the vehicle is oversteer and brake should applied to the outer front.
