anyone find it impossible to turn off scenario restrictions? even with competitive scenario conditions unchecked, it remains impossible to change vehicle... connecting driveshaft on the Tograc 160Q does not line up properly unsure if this affects other trims but it presumably does
Connecticut?!!! Why even that far north? We already have Maine— which is in that same general region. I picture “Small Island USA” being much further south. More like off the coast of Maryland, Virginia, North Carolina, South Carolina, or maybe even Georgia. Let’s not confine our idea of what’s the East Coast, to only the New England states. We have an entire eastern seaboard you know.
Just to clarify: The default plates for Small Island, USA are now California plates. They are not the same as the ones used as East Coast, USA, and internally are still called Texas plates for some reason (this is what causes the American License Plate Pack mod, which by default overwrites the ingame license plates, to replace a California plate with Texas plate). Adding onto the confusion, the official description of the map lists it as on the east coast.
Hmm... I once drove 26 miles (42km) from the spawn point on Grid Map, and I never hit an edge. Is it further out than that? --- Post updated --- Okay, I was not aware of all these details. Thank you.
None of the Roamer LXT models have body colored trim, despite the standard wheelbase XT models having them. Aren't they supposed to be top-of-the-line models?
Is it just me or is the save function here gone? Also, the extended roamer doesn't have the offroad roof rack
Great Update!!! I like my AI, and the Devs always pay great attention to the AI in their maps. I did notice a minor issue though in Small Island. Some shelves are blocking the AI path near one of the buildings which cause AI cars to get stuck (see pic)
With the lighting update, it may become necessary to go back and recheck the time values that triggers traffic turning its headlights on. This is Utah around the 0.24 mark, lights don't seem to come on until about 0.28. This is a bit of a weird one - I haven't had the Vivace or Tograc spawn as police vehicles on the Italy map (for that matter, I haven't had the Hopper show up either). The Vivace won't act as a police vehicle in traffic, except by following these steps: A set of vehicles including police cars are spawned. The police are 'alerted' by running into one The game is paused One of the 'alerted' police cars is replaced with a Vivace The game resumes. Following a bust, the Vivace can be alerted by running into either another police car or itself, as normal. This is what worked for me: Visit Steam, and verify game integrity - this will check to make sure all of the game files are present, and re-download any that are missing. Then, before attempting to re-launch the game, open your antivirus software and whitelist the file (the exact process here will depend on which antivirus software you use). Then attempt to launch the game as normal. If it works, you're in business. If not, double-check that all processes were done correctly, and that you've whitelisted the correct file. There are about five with very similar names inside of BeamNG - I needed a few tries to realize what was going on.
Borderless mode will always stick to your desktop resolution, since 0.18 IIRC. Borderless mode in smaller resolution was not supposed to be an option (they don't make sense, as you cannot move a borderless window around, major of the game have the same approach) This is correct / expected result. Corrigé dans le premier message This is being checked, seems a server issue. That's your indication that your issue is mod related. If anything works in Safe Mode but not in Normal Mode, the cause is something broken in your Userfolder (more likely mods). The error message itself gives the hint. Open your AV software, it should have a history section with all the actions performed. Check in Safe Mode please Any scenario, on one in particular? If so, specify which one(s)
Alright, here's all of the problems I could find with the Roamer. General The rear wheels will still spin even after being completely separated from the vehicle. The "RoadSport" name is formatted as one word with a capitalized "S," but all of the RoadSport body kit parts leave the "s" uncapitalized. The extended body's rear side doors seem unusually light (especially compared to the ones on the short body) and flop around aimlessly once the latch is broken. Skins The extended body lacks proper skin support, meaning the Custom Two-Tone and Sheriff paint designs don't work, and the "40" on the roof of the Fire Chief livery is stretched (particularly noticeable because the Fire Chief configuration is now an extended body). The Custom Two-Tone paint design has a hyphen between "Two" and "Tone," but no other two tone skin in-game has one. Rear Barn Doors The rear barn doors don't have a third brake light, which means with them the Roamer fails to comply with US regulations (they were required on all trucks starting in 1994). The upper hinges on the doors are extremely weak; once the latch is broken, they're nearly guaranteed to break, causing the door to either hang by the lower hinge or fall off. Unlike the H-Series, there's no key binding that opens them. Configurations As previously mentioned, all LXT configurations lack body colored trim, despite the fact that they're top-of-the-line models and all XT models have it. In the description for the Drag configuration, "supercharged" is unnecessarily capitalized. The LXT Police Package should be called an LXT35 since it has the same D35 parts as the civilian LXT35s. In fact, it's referred to as such in the description—but there's another issue there: there's a space between "LXT" and "35," when there isn't in the config names.
I don't know if this has happened to anyone yet? I guess it's been 10 minutes now and the game is still running, although i already exited the game.
Great update devs! The only bug I've encountered is related to the stability/traction control in the Vivace/Tograc; where it will randomly attempt to brake or lock up one or two wheels and hold it until the engine stalls. Dropping the clutch or lifting off doesn't always stop the braking. This happens to me about every 5 minutes during extremely slow driving or gradual cornering. Due to this driving one of the new cars is currently unpleasant unless the drivemode is set to OFF. In addition, the Electric versions will still exhibit this bug even in the OFF setting.
This happened to me as well last night, I closed the game and it still showed as if it was still running. Had to go to Task Manager and there was a BeamNG.drive process still running that I had to close from there. No idea what caused it as it hasn't happened since.
Am I the only one that thinks the electronically controlled front differential/center differential is way too intrusive? The 310 hp version tuned to 370 bhp should be wild with esp off. The tires should be in hell, in here it glues to the road on second gear with sport tires. It seems weird.
