Unable to Launch Beamng, experienced user, still having trouble

Hi Y'all,
I've been playing this game since 0.11 and its the only video game I have. I've been trying to update the game (via Humble Bundle) and when I go to launch it it says "0xC0000135 - Status_DLL_NOT_FOUND" I've shut down my computer and restarted it, and re-downloaded the game multiple times and the problem still hasn't resolved itself. I've deleted all previous versions of the game as well as my mods (there were many) and the problem is still there... Like I said, I've been playing this game for years and have always been able to troubleshoot myself but I need a hand on this one... thanks!

So yes mr conqueror i have run in to this issue my self but i have found a solution uninstall all C++ versions you have and reinstall making sure you have X86 and X64 install of c+++ 2015
