Borderless mode doesn't fit the full screen

I had the game set to borderless mode before the update and it worked fine with filling the whole screen. However, after updating the game, the games window was only about half the size it should've been to fill the screen as shown. The resolution is set to 1280x720 which is the standard resolution of the TV i'm using to run the game but it can't be changed. Also if I set the game to full screen it overscales and the edges of the game can't be seen. I have poked around in the settings and found that if I change the settings to full screen and then back to borderless it fits perfectly but is very slightly opaque. Does anyone have a solution or should I just wait for the hot fix?

Try setting it to fullscreen and then borderless again... for me that results in a a borderless full screen in the correc resolution.
