Because mod has many bugs: issues with components quality, not good damaging, very unfinished interiors, mistakes in equipments, dynamics not equal to real prototypes, lacks of transmission controls (to 2121). Pretty good is only sounds and exterior (not for all vehicles).
Try making anything half as good before criticising, all stock cars are quite similar to their irl counterparts from my small knowledge, level of detail in this mod is just crazy and they crash relatively well (similar to rx7, mustang or brz)
The bodies are nothing like the real things. Outside looks good, underside doesn't. There are also many smaller issues. Don't get me wrong, the mod is cool, just needs a lot more work.

Okay, so first up, i am not going to argue for either point. If you use: “do it yourself” as an argument, youre doing it wrong. One might be bad at modding, but know a lot about ladas. Saying: “do it yourself if its not right” although yes, people should take action, is not a good argument. Just like you dont need to be a cook to be able to criticise food. Sure, one might not know how to make pancakes, but that doesnt mean that they cant have an opinion about it. The user you reacted to gave an answer to someone, noting some problems that he has found. He, just like you and me, is entitled to an opinion. Just because one has an opinion, and it doesnt align with yours, doesnt mean the opinion is wrong. Criticism is crucial for creators, putting up problem points, and the best critics even give advice sometimes. Does that mean that the criticism must be followed? No, but its there, the auther can do with it what he wants. When did the 2105 have a 2107 dashboard? I have never seen a 2105 with a 2107 dashboard in my country and we have many Ladas in Finland. I also tried googling but no pictures show a 2107 dash in a 2105.
Later models were unified: 2107 got 2105 bootlid 2105 got 2107 interior 2104 got both a 2107 grille and interior
most likely this is done to make it easier to work with this car --- Post updated --- by the way it would be good if added VAZ 21047 with just a changed hood and radiator grille under 2107

in my country the models of the year 2000+ of the 2105 and 2104 had the dashboard of the 2107 I have a 95 2107 and I had a 2105 for parts from the year 2000
