Interesting. I just had my first police chase since updating to 0.19.1 and found the police to be very aggressive, downright vicious actually. I've heard people say they won't go over 50mph but I saw speeds from them over 100mph. They also seem to have got a lot sneakier too! I had one ambush me seemingly out of nowhere and actually startled me when he rammed my car. I never saw it coming.

I was getting ready to post a thread asking if the developers tweaked anything in the AI.

This Looks really awesome but I can't use it because i'm using the gpu crash workaround beta version. I was wondering this:My game didn't crash when I reset a vehicle, but rather when I crashed at around 50 mph or higher. If I get the current version will that be fixed, just I cant re-spawn using r? someone please help me.

The only things listed in the open diff part for me are various final drives.

It's IN the actual part, not a subpart. You can't remove it.

Ah, I see what you're saying. So it is true that you need to remove the driving & safety electronics part to fully disable traction control?

If you consider LSD like behavior traction control, then yes.

Well, sure. It's electronic and uses the brakes to function. I wouldn't consider a mechanical LSD to be "traction control" because its action is not controlled. Perhaps the ability to disable electronic differential control or maybe integrating it with existing ESC or TC systems could be something to add in the future?

I see in the devblog that there's a new "post crash brake" controller for the FCV platform, can you go deeper in that topic? What does it do? Does it automatically brake for you when it detects an object like what most proactive systems on modern cars do? or is it something else? Thanks for the fix!

It stops the vehicle after a crash, try it on the ETK800 for example.

I don't know if this has been mentioned already, but first person view is now non-existent on the H-Series Heavy Duty Extended Frame. The camera jumps from "Orbit", to "onboard.hood"

If you replace the open diff with an LSD, does the eDiff still work?

So, with the addition the "Dashboard" slot being added to some vehicles with this update, is it possible its going to be added to all other vanilla vehicles? Its really, really helpful for making custom gauges with different rpm readings and such, for different engines. It might seem like a tiny detail but for modders it would be absolutely life changing to have the dashboard slot in all vanilla vehicles.

Technically it's already possible to control/enable/disable the eDiffs or other components of the AWD system via drive modes, however there are no plans to actually use that. It's not realistic to be able to disable this, so we opted to not do that.

In the Vivace, no. The eDiff logic sits inside the open diff part, the LSD part doesn't have that logic. You could add the logic to an LSD as well, but that's not an intended or supported use case, it would however probably work in some way. Not really useful though (other than maybe giving torsen style LSDs a chance on the rollers)

D-series front bumper gap when flexing suspension. I haven't recorded my other test but when i hide the body and front fascia.. It's the frame twisting.. too soft.

It's perfectly normal. You can see it even in modern pickup trucks.

IRL if frames were completely stiff they wouldnt last very long, they would crack. Frames need to be flexible (to a certain extent) to be durable. In the d series case, its completely normal. If you want stiffer frames you can use the heavy duty frames too.

This might've been said before but the 1st person camera is not accessible in the H-Series, it just gets skipped over as if it doesn't exist.

The game has been freezing a lot. Why though?
