First person Steering wheel is twitching?

    So when i am parked in first person i realize my vehicles steering wheel is twitching, i tried messing with my mouse camera setting see if anything was messed up with that, No so i don't know what else to try, also it is happening to all vehicles

    So i figured out it was the mouse causing the wheel to twitch, so i fixed the problem, thank you though
