Thrustmaster Ferrari Italia 458 steering wheel w/ pedals not working properly

Hello!
So, I load into the game, connect my steering wheel to my computer like normal, the steering and everything else works aside from the accelerator.
I've tried everything, reloading binds, consistently hitching up my steering wheel until it worked (it didn't).
Earlier it was only slight twitches, where the accelerator would suddenly stop working, but now it's not working at all.
Please help.

 

try switching throtle/brakes from combined to seperate(or vice versa)

 

Hello, I know I'm a bit late but I am also having issues with this same type of steering wheel. Every input except steering is detected by the game. I have tried remapping the controls and restarting the game but none of it works. It has not worked on any other game either, but I just want to make sure it is not a hardware issue and if it can be solved by doing something with software.
