Why does the forum only load when I also open it in an incognito window?

I'm using google chrome, and while normally trying to load this forum it doesn't load at all and gives me a little pop up saying it is unable to load it.
Now; when I open an incognito window, and get on the forum through there, it loads fine. Both in the incognito window and the normal one.

I really fail to understand why this is happening, but it's rather cumbersome to have to open a new incognito window every time I try to load a page on here.
Any idea what can be causing this?

 

Please try to clear browsing history, cache, and any browsing data. If it is still not working, do McAfee's SiteAdvisor installed? If so, please try to uninstall/disable it then try again. If it is still not working, what version of Google Chrome are you using, the latest?

 

I've also noticed some issues with the forums not loading on mobile devices (or at least my iPad). This is sporadic; I've been able to access it fine a few times, but other times it just tells me that the page does not exist.

 

Works on my BB PlayBook hasn't seemed slow at all.

 

Works fine every time I visit on my iPhone, so that would probably mean it's to do with Internet connections than being a problem with iOS/Mobile Safari as a whole.

 

Well, my internet is purely crap and I haven't had issues on mobile or regular desktop version.

i have McAfee site advisor on chrome, but this has NEVER happend to me, and yes it is enabled, mabey you need to re-install chrome or the web browser you use

 

I use AVG and it works fine on chrome.

 

Same problem here, for me the website only loads the second time when I try to open a link through my mail(when subscribed to a thread). Not really bothered by it though. Also using McAfee...
