Making a car interior for automation Car

    So i have modeled an interior for a car but i dont know how to get it to work in beam after i finished? i exported the dae. file and some reason the interioe dont show. Any1 know what to do?

    did you edit the body jbeam and assign the interior to it?

    I do not know how to do any of those, i created interior, tried to add slot types but that caused the whole thing to crash

    Just try adding it to the body jbeam

    From my own experience, i can say that this is a very challenging project to undertake, stitching and aligning all parts to the car is a time consuming and mentally challenging process, i would suggest learning the basics of 3d modelling before undertaking such a vast project.
    Once that has been completed, try adding the parts to the vehicle in a step by step basis, rather than all at once. (JBEAM wise)

    i agree because i dont know how to put the interior into a jbeam or edit the jbeam file or anything after modeling the interior

    If you just want to have an interior but not actually jbeamed, (not recommended) you can just add a new line with your interior into flexbodies

    but then again you may have to deal with textures and adding a camera node so I wouldn’t bother unless you are really experienced at modding
