Take note of the WIDE ROADS [ True baja is the point so why not put realistic wide baja roads, right?]

The map is made for RoRcat's Trophy Truck Gavril-D15-Trophy-Truck-mod

/= Some more feedback/comments/replies would be greatly appreciated /=

AGAING THANK JackAttak for letting me know the map was broken [v0.6]

Fog = Removed + Skybox added

Hard to tell how wide the roads are in that pic, since there's no scale reference. Anyway, it would be nice to have both wide and narrow roads, and slow and fast sections. From what I've seen, roads in Baja races are sometimes so narrow there's only enough room for one vehicle. Some long straights with small bumps would be good too, not many places where you can go full speed in the current maps.

Terrain outside the roads looks too rough to me.

    How big is the map?

There already is fast and slow sections with wide and narrow sections

Terrain outside the roads looks too rough to me.Yeah I said I haven't beatified it yet so it looks real sketchy.

How big is the map? 1024 by 1024 and so far there is enough road that it takes 2 minutes to get to the end of it and that isn't even half way done. it will take 4-5 minutes most likely by the end.

Yeah working on that (I just don't wanna add to much of the ugly alpha stages)

Also thanks for that I get bullied a lot at high school and this is one of my favorite ways to get away from it all, make maps on BeamNG while listening to my tunes. :p

This map was inspired by a "brain-flash" as I like that to call it that I had when I was sitting around and an old game called 4x4 Evolution two poped into my head so it's like an abandon baja map in the middle of a desert.

-I like this way because it is relaxing and the comments make me feel useful ^.^.

    v0.6 BETA RELEASED

    Re: Dead Man's Gulch [v1.0]

    The map length is perfect.
I don't think you need to work on making it prettier, it's a desert after all.
Barely noticeable fps issues rarely happen. Would appreciate a just slightly more fps friendly map, but not by much.

I think the jumps need the most work done on.

But the map itself is very fun, I love it a lot!

Version 1.1 zip contains a rar file that's "unknown format or damaged" when opened with WinRar. Just zip the map folder.

Really want to try this map but, as stated before, the ZIP for 1.1 contains a corrupted RAR file. :(

Maybe it needs WinRar 5, I have 4.20. But still, what's the point of a rar inside a zip?

Works with WinRar 5, but also doesn't work with WinMount.

Re: Dead Man's Gulch [True Baja]

Oh I'm sorry to hear that. But hell, people suck, so it's not uncommon. Here's good way to get away from it; playing BeamNG and smashing crap! ;)

Oh, BTW, the rocks don't have textures from far away, but when you get closer to them, they get textures back...weird bug I guess.

Possible an error caused by low graphics settings
