For the love of god please turn on edgesplit. That could end up working with some tweaking... keep at it!
Well, Im trying to make a custom car pack, with mixed car parts, like pessima with tograc bumper and vivace rear bumper(okay this is getting weird, but i like it)
Some progress on the GavrilZeta's model. Yes, I'm aware it isnt the best looking, but I speed modeled this as a basic starting shape of the car. There's currently lots of issues with the model, shading wise, and some clipping. All will be obviously polished out. As of right now, there is no other Jbeam progress. So don't ask. And for those of you that don't know, the Gavril Zeta was an SUV from the prequel, Rigs of Rods. https://rigofrods.fandom.com/wiki/Gavril_zeta ~ Also, if you are wondering how I did this, I used a program called Ogre Meshy which allows you to view the model in full 3D form. I used that as a reference to model this. NOTE that Ogre Meshy does not allow you to export .mesh files. It is strictly made to allow you to view the .mesh models. (edit) this has generated a lot of questions. i have made a thread for it https://beamng.com/threads/gavril-zeta.70801/ stop filling up my discord dms now
.mesh exporters do exist though why not use one of those so you have a better way of remodelling the car
Cause I don't want to 100% rip the car. The original model has a lot of issues on its own and I'd rather remake it and do it my way and make my changes with my flow of work.
I wasn't saying to use the mesh itself I was saying to export the one that exists so you can have both your mesh and gabe's mesh in 1 place so it's easier to reference
true true, did that at one point but scrapped it. I dont know, my brain just likes viewing the Ogre Meshy model more. And it's a lot easier imo.
"Groovy Situation" playing in the back round. Absolutely brilliant looking however could I suggest chrome surround the taillights as they look to much like the legrans and entirely up to you but maybe raise the chrome strip with Bruckell script on it to the top of rear fascia just below the boot and have the same strip in the same place as the current one is minus the script work
Wish I had the skills to do that challenge. Reminds me of the Ralyata by Gingium. Wish the 200bx had something to hide the headlights but still have the bumper bar on the cream one.
