Pre-facelift D-series broken fascia

Whenever I spawn in any pre-facelift d-series truck, the headlights and other parts on the face of the truck seem to be positioned incorrectly (Photos do a better job of describing what I mean). I have tried clearing cache multiple times and verifying integrity; nothing changed. I've attached the photos I took below. Anybody can help me?

This happened to me as well. Run the game in safe mod and see if it works

 

Looks like the headlights off of the Ibishu Dove mod. Try disabling that mod/running in safe mode.
