About old mods:

Last days I've been looking for mods in a not official page, it was World of Mods.

Well, my ponit is: that I tried with the instructions of intallation, etc. but I failed because simply I am very little connoisseur of how to apply the instructions well .

Any Idea, help you could give me?

 

mods from other sites are often packaged incorrectly.
make sure you put it in

Code:

documents/beamng.drive/mods

and make sure that inside the .zip file, it goes:

Code:

"file's name".zip/vehicles/pickup(or whatever vehicle it is)

or if it's a map, it would go something like

Code:

filename.zip/levels/dryrockisland

In general, mods from other websites are usually no good, they're either poorly made, with a forza mesh stuck on top of a vanilla car's JBeam model, or, if they are good quality, it's almost always because they're stolen from this site.
but I'll let you figure that out for yourself.

 

I have several videos on my channel that show how to download, fix, and run mods from that site. Just google davidinark beamng mods. Note: the site has changed so some of the vids are outdated. Also note, downloading mods from sites other than this one is frowned upon. Believe me, I’ve had my share of being blasted for even posting the vids. Abd, because of that, I won’t be doing any new how-tos on that subject any time soon.
