So whos model are you basing this on? It looks suspiciously very similar to my/bernds SUV. You havent asked for permission. So if youre thinking of releasing this, then think again.

 

Im not sure if he based it off of the 1300, so ya can’t just assume that he stole yours. If it is, then my bad.

Front frame section is quite literally the exact same

 

From that picture to this, I feel that he shortened the back window and made the space where the doors are longer, with some changes to the taillights. IDK, just seems weird ngl

Yep. Pretty sure he just altered the body of the ETK 1300.

 

It is the body of a 1300. i didn't say i was putting it in the game I'm just modeling it for fun, meaning i dont need to ask because I'm using it just for fun.

if i eventually want to put it in the game of course i will ask bernd.

This is just my opinion, but it seems you made the excuse "its not for beam" so that you could get out of that situation.

 

You didn’t say you’re putting it in the game, but the fact that you posted a picture in the development screens kind of implied that it was going to go in the game, as this thread is about what you are developing for BeamNG. Maybe next time you should just ask permission to use the model or post it in a thread like this one?

 

Development Screens are for what members and modders to:
1) Share progress on mods they are making.
2) To give feedback about mods they make.
