Are new cars added every major update?

As I am still relatively new to Beam.NG I want to know when brand new cars are added to the game. Is it once every major update or once every two major updates?

there's no real pattern, and it would be hard to keep one as cars take a lot of work and deadlines announced to the public are stressful

 

Sometimes added, sometimes not

 

Lately it's been every other.

Got one in 0.15, 0.17, and 0.19

Sometimes it's maps (locations), not cars.

 

Not every time. There were some major updates in the past that didn't include new cars.
