why move the download away from here? seems like a short-sighted move i could understand if it was a dedicated chat forum, i.e. the group that used to be, but whe pull the files off this site?
Why have the mod here and everything else there it makes no sense and the forums dont work so people cant get maps and stuff
The advantages of having a dedicated forum and all related files on the same platform definitely outweight the disadvantages, if you ask me. Plus, mod is just "good for clickbait videos" according to some, so no space on the repository should ever be wasted to host it...
Complain all you want, the decision is final. If you dont like it, you dont have to be a part of the overwhelming majority who support this decision. And you dont have to get 1.17 when its public from the new site! Easy solution.

I think he means forum groups. We used to rely on that feature pretty heavily... Anyway, please, enough... We simply want to move all of our resources to a focused, dedicated platform. No grudges...
That is fucken hilarious dude you should have your own comedy show. For years SM used outdated versions, broken methods, outdated mods and most never learned basics of modding, instead using the same N/B for 10 years and relying on everyone else for models to use. While this was happening they were on their own site with very little traffic shared between the platforms. Which is what you are about to do with beamng segregate the community and claim to be god like saviors..... nah mate.. Apologies for my out burst personally think you should have kept the base mod(don't care about all the 3rd party mods and maps) here on bng and just linked to the new site like people would have expected, now you are making it harder for people to download your mod and judging by the people I see every day in help sections they will think of it as being too difficult and not bothering(also confused af why you didn't just use SM at least the community already existed). I just hope you asked all the people who worked on the mod and the original mod author for their opinions. At the end of the day its not my mod(and kinda not yours either tbh) so I have no say, so I will leave off with good luck and hope it works out for ya. (DM any replies cause I won't be replying here again to avoid causing drama)
The new website looks amazing. Assuming you had some inspiration from the guys at Sim Monsters. Cant wait to see the site flourish
It’s based off of Sim Monsters because some of our users are from the Sim Monsters community. So instead of having to learn a whole new platform might as well go on a platform many of us know.
