Honestly, I prefer the simpler look. I feel like those... what are those... clutter up the front too much. The original design was so elegant, yet so simple, and I feel like that's what alot of people liked about it.

When I first saw that, this instantly came to mind:

EDIT: Also, this looks really good, a lot cooler than many cars driving around these days! I wish more real life modern cars looked like that. You should definitely be hired as a car designer, for sure. :)

ngl, Challenger was the second thing I thought of, but really, I'm guessing this is a Nissan IDx, which in itself is a homage to the Nissan Bluebird/Datsun 510. Honestly really bitter Nissan killed their IDx project.

Great Job on the model, Velstydez. Looking forward to it int he future.

I love the dubbele headlights but what about integrating the blinkers into the headlights?

Your previous design was perfect. Just ideal. Simple but harmonic. Beauty is simple as some Greek said. This design is cool too, but this lights in the grille look strange. I mean really strange.
You do amazing work, bro! Keep it up!

I hope your not building this off the original miramar jbeam (Considering it'd now be a 2020 model your not going to be able to rework it to drive like a 2020 vehicle)... Otherwise really awesome work, looks amazing!

Maybe you will be able to do a facelift with the new style but you will include both styles in the mod specifying that the original style is a model from last year or something like that. Sure it adds a lot of work but at least everyone is happy. :)

other design looked much cooler, as everyone is saying.
but imo this one is much more 'realistic'

Definitely change the mirrors. The circle ones look dated on such a modern looking car like this. Also, the original headlight design was better, and I think it resembles a Challenger too much imo.

Thanks for the input! Nobody worry though, I'm keeping all versions and this was just an experiment :) The next days I'll be redoing the exterior mesh as it is a bit of a mess right now. The rear will be redesigned though, as I feel it doesn't match the rest of the (original) design too well. There will be some minor changes in the interior as well. Engine bay will be completely revampled too. It will take some time but it will get there :)

Sounds awesome, man. Will we perhaps get different front fascias to pick from?
And also I know this is a rather far bit ahead in the process, but what will the suspension setup be? Will it have all 4 independent suspension, or something else?

I'm debating between using the ETK K or the Vivace as a base for the jbeam. I feel the ETK is closer to the type of vehicle the Miramar is supposed to be, but on the other hand, the Vivace has more safety features and a huge drivetrain flexibility (not sure how a longitudinal engine would fit though). However I also don't full understand the jbeam of the vivace, as it has a lot of electronics stuff...

I recommend the K series because you *can* import the safety features of the vivace and increase the beamStrength in certain nodes so then it has more overall safety while still having the sort of shape that resembles it.

Will it be RWD or FWD\AWD? Also, have you planned at least type of rhe engine (I4, I6, V8, etc)

Initially, I4 Turbo RWD is planned, and other engines might be implemented later
