Lower the front tire pressure a bit give the front some camber and get the power in the mid to low rpm's that is what works for me
Gavril Grand Marshall is a pretty good starter. I just grabbed the base one, and started upgrading suspension and engine. When it kicks out, keep control of the throttle and dont just floor it all the time.
Sway Bars play a massive roll (no pun intended) in drifting and drifting control... mostly on the initiation side of things, but they can be a help through a corner too. The softer the front sway bar is, the more the front end will want to turn into a corner. This can help with initiating a slide on slower cars, but can be rather difficult to control through the slide for a new drifter as the front tires will have constant grip almost the whole time. Stiffer front sway bar will lower the amount of front end grip. This will reduce turn in, which normally would be a bad thing, but if you have enough power, it really doesn't matter too much. Just clutch kick it hard enough and it will slide. The upside is that through the corner, the tires will slide some of the time. This makes it easier to control through the slide because you don't have to have the tires pointed exactly in the right direction to maintain the slide. It also means that response is slowed (due to less grip) which can make catching and maintaining drifts easier. Transitions will be slow though, so watch out for that. You more drive with the throttle this way than with the steering wheel. Softer rear sway bar (or none at all depending on the vehicle) will make the rear tires have more grip. This can help keep high power drift cars from spinning out but can make low power drift cars almost impossible to even get a drift started, never mind maintained. Stiffer rear sway bar will make the rear tires have less grip. The benefits here are kinda obvious along with the drawbacks. The rear will happily step out, but you better be on your guard to keep the car from doing a loop because it will be more than happy to once that rear starts to come around.
just google it. that's what I did. I have a drift spec FD3S that I set up while we had the alignment info in the car customization menu.
