Hi I have a dell Optiplex 3020 SFF
    with a 255 watt psu
    i5-4590
and I am now deciding between the Amd Rx 550 4gb gpu
and the Nvidia gt 1030 low profile 2gb
Which one would be best to play Beam.NG drive on
    Medium-High settings at 40+ FPS
    ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
-I am also looking to play
Most Pre-loaded maps in Med-High setting but in maps like Italy and
other demanding ones but I'd be happy to turn the settings a bit for those.
-Which one will I be better off with (also price does not matter in those two)
    ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Short answer; yes. You will have to turn settings down but it would be playable.

I don’t know much about AMD gpus, so I’ll go with my gut and say the Nvidia one

hi dude, better buy a rx 580 8gb from ebay they have them in 100- 150 usd. just a steal the gt 1030 is pure trash and even more because the 2gb video memory you will be more limited and more promp to stutters because you will run out of memory. also you could play the game max settings and others too. and get a additional 4 or 8 gb ram stick. beamng use alot in large maps and other games also benefit. have a great day.

As Michael said, upgrade the GPU to something like a used RX580 8GB or a 1060, they go for cheap.

if your computer is a ssf or halfheight, I would go for something like a 1650 super low-profile

That's an office level PC without a graphics card, you won't be able to run it properly without one.
Also they are just not made for gaming, very poor cooling in those tiny things.
    The CPU is fine though.
