So little progress update:
Added all parts to the i5, sadly its a bit akward. i tried few hours to get the engine to its best, but there is a little Torque spike in the engine curve. The Spike is under the idlepoint, so it will not affect normal driving.
It revs now very slow, i will try to fix it any way. But thats the thing why the engine gets more power trough the parts, the engine has a high level of friction..

 

Got to a big milestone for the mod today.
I will be able to get away from the friction thing and add new torque tables. So the engine will rev normal and the engine shouldn't look up the wheels when you get of throttle. But now i can start completely new with all parts, but it will be worth it

i got some Issues with your Mod.
I´ve build a Sunburst based on the I5 and that´s my Setup:

The Problem is that after the 4th Gear my Clutch is overheating and the power is not getting on the Street. (Sorry for My bad English Just a german guy with School English Knowledge )
With the 7th Gear Dual Cluth Transmition my car is not Moving a bit the RPM is Rising but my Car stands still.

I cant get the Setup done like bevor and i dont know why...

I´ve already made a Sunburst with this setup but after The garage was removed from the game i got many Problems. Here is the Video with the Working Sunburst:

I don´t know what happened...
I hope you can help me.

by the way you need to right click the image and open in new Tab or Window to make it pop up... i dont know why

So after some Testing i figured out that the Turbo Setup is the issue...
If i setup the same thing with a supercharger it all works fine. So The Power or torque of the Turbo is too much for the Clutch or is it an Issue? Or Maybe something wrong in my Setup. I just like the Turbo whistle and the Blow off sound. would be great if you can find the Issue there.

Hey, ich schreib erstmal Deutsch, ist einfacher
Komisch, hast du mal ein anderes manuelles Getriebe probiert oder sogar schwungrad, könnt auch an dem liegen. Wie viel PS und Nm hast du mit dem setup oder hast du im 5 und 6 gang noch mehr lade Druck gemacht mit dem boost by gear wastegate? Könnt alles an dem liegen.
Auch mit dem 7Gang Getriebe ists komisch, hast du die drivetrain app mal angeschaut und geschaut ob das Getriebe mit den Differentialen verbunden ist? Könnt an dem Mitteldifferenzial liegen.

Momentan bin ich ja sowieso am ganzen Mod neu machen, das es das Problem mit drehzahl und so nicht mehr gibt und nebenbei füg ich alle Teile vom V8 zum I5 dazu. Nur komm ich da momentan zeitlich nicht gross dazu.

Drehmoment und Leistung habe ich bis jetzt nie wirklich gefunden.
Also wo man sieht wieviel Leistung jetzt rauskommt.
Das Wastegate mit boost by gear habe ich schon extrem runter geregelt, sodass ich bei Gang 1 bis 3 lediglich 0.6 bar habe und dann ab 4 bis 6 ca. 1.2 bar, aber dennoch das gleiche Problem.

Andere Schwungräder sowie Getriebe habe ich alles probiert. Auch die Bauteile von CJD mod.
Habe immer wieder das Problem mit der rutschenden Kupplung.
Sobald ich aber den Kompressor einbaue ist alles super.
Das ist ja gerade das eigenartige.
Selbst wenn der kompressor über 2 bar Druck liefert, läuft alles super.

Dein Mod ist einfach der Wahnsinn.
Macht mir echt jede Menge Spaß damit rum zu spielen.
Lass dir soviel Zeit wie brauchst.
Machst echt super Arbeit.
Werde mal weiteres testen.
Wie kann man denn schauen ob Bauteile verbunden sind oder wie viel Leistung jetzt raus kommt?

Komisch, hast du mal ein anderes wastegate probiert, das es vllt daran liegt? Könnt auch an dem liegen. Klingt sehr danach das es am Turbo liegt und das boost by gear wastegate benutz ich persönlich relativ selten.

Du kannst im Menü links wenn du Esc gedrückt hast apps aufmachen, da kannst du apps dem bildschirm hinzufügen oder Position ändern wie Tacho etc.
Da kannst du eine drivetrain app auswählen bei dem du motor, kupplung, getriebe, diff, Räder alles sieht wie die verbunden sind. Und für die Leistung und leistungskurve kannst du die Torquecurve app benutzen

Klar der Mod ist echt super und läuft echt top.
Kommt richtiges tuning Fieber auf.
Sound passt auch und vor allem die turbo everything sounds sind der Hammer.
Das shutututuuu mega gut.

i have an issue where the pickup exhaust comes out of the headers no matter what type of exhaust is on it. I narrowed it down to this mod and activated it solo and it still happened. Got any ideas?

 

I know about this problem.
At the moment I'm rework everything so this will get fixed too

 

on the bolide immediately after starting to drive (semi hard) the oil overheats and the engine locks up

 

me too I needed for 4.7 liters v8 force 5.7 v8 force Toyota engine

 

i figured it out try removing the oil cooler as there is one built into the engine

 

Yeah the issue is known, just remove the oil cooler or use a ultra powerfull one.
On the next update this problem will be gone

hello, thanks for your mod, i'm already played a lot with it, could you please make the i5's avaliable for Gavril D-Series? I would love to mess around with some i5 in all the cars actually xD

 

The i5 will come to pretty much every car, because the i5 model will fit in every car, the sbr and autobello idk right now.

 

is there any way you could put the v8 in the pessima and the sunburst?
