Is anybody making a quad to beam, like a trx450r? I think this would be fun to have to rip around on trails or do some jumps in it, or somebody could make an MX track and ATVs would rip around on the track which would be cool. A wheelie function would be cool too, like the button R would bring the front end up and you control it with the throttle, or make it where you use the clutch and rev it up and it would wheelie.

It sure would be a FUN addition to BeamNG.drive. Personally instead of a wheelie button.
I think a balancing weight button like pulling back on the left joystick that is used for steering would be better for skill testing

Only working Quad Bike I know of is called Generic Quad
Released by DummiesMan released in 2015. Link: https://beamng.com/threads/generic-quad.14519/

Also a thread for the unfinished project by GendulfDeGrei dated 2017 based on a TRX?
    450cc Quad
Asking for help or someone to take it over?
    Read about it here: https://www.beamng.com/threads/450cc-quad-project.43727/

    And my thoughts... Maybe the
Nintendo Mario Kart 8 - Standard Kart by SushiPro (which is fun and I feel it's better with the front brakes deleted, Also, I wished it was available as rear wheel drive also as it's currently AWD) Could be modified into a Racing Motorcross Quad Bike. If permission is granted.
Also changed to rear wheel drive with only the rear axle being used for brakes. As racing bikes don't really need front brakes.

    SushiPro's MK8 link: https://beamng.com/threads/nintendo-mario-kart-8-standard-kart.42108/

I hope some AWESOME people can help you.
    Cheers... Leigh

Yeah, that is the trx450r, I would definitely take over the project if I knew how to mod. I just saw a post that shows an error for trx450r that is in alpha, i agree with the weight balancing, but how would that work on PC? I mean, you can use the clutch and rev it up and have to front end lift up, I'm sure a weight transfer function would work with the mouse but moving it where you want your weight to be at.

Darren9 had worked out the weights for one of his mods being the Custom Sports Bike that I believed used the weights idea to control steering & leaning of the bike.. So that proves the idea is capable of being achieved if you know how to code and problem solve, trial & error, etc, I believe math and engineering comes into the coding somewhere.. I'm like yourself, Have no idea how to create mods or write the code for mods, I cheat using Automation when I can be bothered running it..

I wished Darren9 never left BeamNG as I loved his mod creations

No, darren disappeared and took all of his posts/mods with him. You'll have to find his mods on other sites, which can be rather sketchy...

I don't think anyone, not even some of the mods, know why he disappeared. There was no discussion, just *poof*, and he was gone.
