totally my favorite thing about this, looks absolutely like something Nissan would actually make (if they got their shit together). and the fact that this is gonna be based on the ETK K powertrain, which in itself is fun, but i (and I think lots of others) rarely ever drive just because the K is so bland
Thanks for the comments Sadly I didn't do the unibody as I got distracted by rims, but I'm putting time into advanced Blender courses in the meantime so I can make everything as high quality as possible - specifically, I really don't want to mess the lines of the car when doing the panelling So far these are the rims I'm liking the most (totally not inspired by some electric city car...)
They really complete that retro-modern look, I love it. Maybe also a set of thick 5 spoke rims, similar to the 5th gen Camaro when it was launched?
There will be more rims yes. So far I'm focusing on a basic version, not sport or race or anything. Finally better done panelling - the whole topology/mesh has been revised and given more detail in order to better do the next steps. From this step on, progress should be faster regarding exterior/unibody. Once it's done I will focus on baking maps from highpoly to low poly (I have both versions in progress) and, unlike before, I will be porting it to beam bit by bit as I make it, so that things don't pile up
nice work my dude sad to see my name for the car is gone, but im just glad the project is still moving forward
Thanks! And sorry about that, but my friend who designed the interior really didn't like that, and well, since he's designed the interior he has a say in things. He also helped me with a lot of exterior design choices since the very beginning
Panelling done, will do unibody when I get another while to work on it And no, so far no convertible plans. Basically there are no plans other than getting a basic version in game...
CANNOT WAIT FOR THIS TO COME OUT!!!!! YASS! I'm gonna make so many custom configs with this! Keep it up! (It would be cool if it had a Tofu Delivery Livery in the finished version)
