Even with the placeholder sounds it's quite nice. The only thing that bugged me about them is the skid sound. Knowing it's a placeholder I'm not going to slam them hard for it.. I just think they could've done better ;D. Fantastic job so far guys.

They were in the first Torque3D video as well.... Only they worked the wrong way around(ie when the lights should've been on they were off and vice versa)...

Good to hear they're planning a beta though! Can't wait to get my hands on this thing :D

I had gathered that since i actually have one of those pentium 2's mounted on my wall. I was just wanting to know if there is some sort of story behind it etc.

EDIT: added image as proof, there would usually be a nvidia tnt 2 where the bluetack is but my dad nicked it to put in his PC.

Will the demo be a "be happy with it" demo, or will you want us to report bugs? EDIT: I just realized I have more posts here than on tomsHW, MCforum, ror forum, and anandtech combined. O_O

You mean a Spintires demo-ish demo, which is a "Here you go, now shut up"-demo
Or a APB:Reloaded sort of demo where you actually had to report things and got an automatoc report thingy if the game had crashed (APB was crap and the reports were probably just thrown out of the window though).

It was a good idea, just not very well implemented. Shame that it brought down realtime worlds because i loved their previous games such as crackdown. But it seems a new crackdown is rumoured after seeing the logo at the xbox one announcement. That game (APB reloaded) just kept giving me BSOD's But their technical support was pretty good on the forums and they fixed it pretty quickly after i had said and provided them with error logs etc.

New photos on the BeamNG facebook page. I can't wait until there's a consumer version of a certain product ;)
