I think you use your PC as a server with Steam Link. There's no way BeamNG could run on a phone without assistance.

 

Yes, i used my ipad to play beamng in college once while in a boring presentation.
This is literally the only way to play any PC only game on mobile, and even then, you need a pc to connect to, to run the game for you, since no mobile phone can run beamng.

Yes pc games are possible on mobile if you use something like steam link but you still need a pc to run the games.

I think that particular youtube account is stolen. Going from doing crossdressing videos to doing scam videos doesn't sit right with me.
