Was bored, made this : Was bored again, decided to re-do it for the most part (kept the front and rear wings, tweaked them a bit) : And this is what it looks like in-game at the moment : Obviously it's still under a fat, heavy work in progress : model isn't finished, rear suspension is inexistant, it's lacking features, has a wrong wheelbase, it's slapped onto a Bolide Jbeam,... But I thought I'd share this cuz there's actually chances I might finish this one. For those wondering : it's not a Formula 1. More like a Formula 3 or a Formule Renault 2.0
I did the thing Went on and redid the check points I did earlier as they didn't look.. that appealing to me. But they're much better looking now
yes, i'll have that as an option later on (and also plan to do some racing variants, but we will see how we go) so far just reworking the exterior mesh, adding some polies/loops in places that are lacking (like rear body under taillights/licenseplate), fixing monor inaccuracies, cleaning up mesh ect.. once that is done I will think about making more variants (2 door, levin ect..)
I do not know if this thread is the right place to post this but is this a good poly count/poly flow for Beamngdrive?
yep, that seems like pretty good rough density. (though you can add more edgeloops on curves to make them more rounded.)
