is there any way to inprove my fps on my potato? (Solved)

well seems that 24 fps is not enough

 

Would it be possible for you to provide more information? Specs? Settings? It could get removed for spam without these things.

 

im pretty sure if there is a way it should work on all pcs, as you want - settings- lowest/ specs- the mimum required

if you have 24 FPS on lowest then we can't really help you have much more

 

The only(efficient) way to do this is if we can see your specs.

 

Have you tried disableing "rich presence" in settings? Might help.

 

I doubt that there is much more you can do besides turning on "simplyfied collisions" under "Options-Gameplay"

Only thing that usually helps is called an upgrade to your PC, Beam is smth that you cant just run on "any pc", unless you dont mind playing a PowerPoint presentation

 

just download RoR it would work with way more fps, at least for me it does

Launch game> go to options> go to "user interface"> search "disable rich presence" and that's all.

 

deactivating rich presence will maybe give him 0.2 more FPS

having an i3 with (I assume) the base intel integrated GPU won't help you a lot either

What Rich Presence actually does?

 

Makes game ugly. There is no deepness in lights etc. Everything looks like it is flat.

Maybe. im not really into(?) steam. it's only like a shop for me. I have never really dived into strange steam functions.

 

I have somewhat similar specs, Intel Core i3-6006U (only 1.99Ghz) with Intel Integrated Graphics.

I don't get any higher than 20FPS on BeamNG and I consider that to be totally playable.
Although I have my settings set mostly in the 'high/medium' range, but shadows are always off.

Come on man, you have to put in some effort yourself too if you want help.
Also don't expect to pull fps out of the ass, there's a reason that there is recommended requirements.

 

I'm pretty sure there's not much more you can do besides lowering the graphics quality and resolution and finding fps friendly maps.
