to get back on topic, I wonder what's goign to happen to the scenarios in the industrial area in inustrial, if it and port get merged back together. will they just get removed? will some of them get remade to work with the new map layout?

Reworked maps seem to keep their layout so probably they will be added back with a few minor changes imo.

 

though they seem to have implied that they're re-merging the two maps "port" and "industrial", so that the port takes up the same part of the map as the coastline located general industrial stuff in "industrial", meaning they will have to get rid of it.
in simple terms:

 

I'm hopeful that the devs will somehow find a way to preserve the general industry area of Industrial, but what you just said seems likely

Someone may have pointed this out already but the Bolide seems to have anti lock brakes. Though it could just be careful driving.

 

you can tell if a car has ABS in the bottom right of the tacho.
(from my first 40 seconds of the clip didn't see the ABS flash up)

 

I didn't see the ABS control flashing in whole video. Tha player just used pedals so he could drive more carefully.

Yeah, it would be great if the Bolide had ABS, but it is bit old for it. Even the Covet doesn't have ABS which is bit sad...

Thats why they said when they imply with "why not both" they mean both maps get an upgrade......

 

I don't think they need to remove it. Just move the port to the other side of the industrial island. If it's really going to be like 2 old maps merged in 1 new map, it' ll be totally different. (basically a new map)
