So submitted the first version - Just awaiting admin approval & checking the file with a admin as its a wee bit big XD
Umm, not being impatient, but its been a couple of days and the mod still isn't showing up on the repository.
Yeah sorry guys the Mod is with the admin team and they've showed me some few tweaks I can make to reduce the size and fix the issues I had with the map. I've been stuck in work for the last two days so couldn't update you all. So im working with them to polish it and il let you know as soon as I can im so sorry for the delay.
No in all honesty with it being my first map there was a lot of unused assets and car killer is helping fix the issues on the map and optimize it a bit more.
So im still working with the admins to get the map uploaded, with it being my first map there is some errors along the way that i have made now whilst fixing them I have caused a new texture glitch which we are trying to fix. So the map should look like this photo However it is looking like this So I want to get this fixed before uploading it. I am really sorry about the delays with this!
So good news all the map has gone live this morning! Thank you so much for your patiences and I hope you guys enjoy it!
A small update is up and awaiting approval just to make some of the roads smoother as well as some other small tweaks. enjoy
as someone who is actually Scottish and lives out by the country roads, I must say you did an incredibly good job on this! You've managed to almost perfectly capture the tight, technical backroads - and the tiny little towns and villages that separate them - in a map that I'm going to be definitely driving (and crashing!) on A LOT! thank you for making this awesome map!
