made some wheels based on the 1997-2004 legacy gt and 2000-2004 outback rims. First time making wheels and I think they look pretty good, although the outback rims are still a bit WIP. This tutorial really helped if anyone else is interested in making wheels, although he does get the lug nut count screwed up --- Post updated --- I also revamped the rear of the 2nd gen and edited the body line and roof angles (although license plates need to be realigned) and made a few new front bumpers along with a bunch of other small things
Those OB rims better have some gold edges around the spokes or i'm rating this 0/10 when it releases /s Just kidding, great mod so far!
huh the headlights look too... big? idk, the front looks cartoonish to me for some reason, but i can't quite put my finger on why. anyways, keep up the good work!
It's probably the way the inside of the headlights are, in beam it's just one bulb, but irl it's more different
that's a uk legacy with bulbs for highbeams and lowbeams. USDM legacies that weren't GTs got a single bulb. They are pretty much the right size, with the only reason the may look weird possibly being the depth of the headlights not being deep enough which is hard to explain
Good job but if i was a beamng Car mod dev, To me proably the best part about making a car mod (Or any type of mod) Is you get to play so early.
since you’re making the oldest hirochi on the fourms (as far as i’m aware) will you be changing the logo? or will it remain?
then, become a car mod dev. the best time to start is now. https://wiki.beamng.com/Introduction_to_Vehicle_Creation
When's the last time you tried that? I tried it and could not for the life of me get a powertrain working. (I eventually went to more recent sources and investigating unpacked mods, but I'm still not exactly an expert.)
The most realistic option would be to keep the logo the same as the modern one, as no major Japanese automaker has changed their USDM logo in the last 20 years. Even Mazda had switched over to their new logo by 1998.
that’s exactly what’s not supposed to happen, but okay --- Post updated --- i’m not entirely sure what’s the earliest model year of the B3, but it’s beam, you know, anything’s possible.
