last saturday, my moms car hit a concrete barrier at an unknown speed, i was wondering if it was worth fixing or not as the entire A pillar is damaged (including suspension, radiator, radiator and bumper support, dashboard controls and shifter and either broken or bent out of place, car does not start.) we’re kind of struggling financially, so we’re not so sure what to do. I wanted to go out and get a job, but my mother and grandmother are worried about the global pandemic. Any suggestions?

It would probably cost more to fix it than to replace it, that looks pretty bad.

The thing’s absolutely dusted to my eyes, unfortunately.
Look for another RAV4 or CR-V if you/your mom liked it. If your family is in some financial hardship, since working from home is more of a thing, if you can put off purchasing a new one, it might be worth waiting, since the used market is insane. As to taking up a job, depending on your age, it might be difficult to find one that’s not risky to some extent. Talk to your parents and find what’s on the table, and try to find one that fits their guidelines. Be safe, and, since you seem to be young, you are less at risk IIRC. If food becomes a real issue, there are food banks and people who can help. Best of luck!

Get a used one just like it, ( if they like it enough to justify this ) Then you got a back up parts car, Sorry to hear this :(

You should honestly try a Kia Carens. They're cheap, practical and sturdy. I recently found a 2007 Carens GS on the AA used car website for £1790.
