New Roamer Facelift Doesn't Have Texture On Lights [SOLVED]

Hello, as I was driving around in the Roamer Facelift, the car fazed out and then back but with no texture on any of the lights. I've deactivated all my mods but it still doesn't do anything. Any tips?

Ok, so... It turns out ALL of the Roamers don't have texture on any of the lights... haha... pls help me

 

Hmmm... Try clearing your cache or restart the game.

 

Ok... how do I clear the cache? Sorry, I don't have problems like this usually.
