Modifying cars without re-setting them completely

Hi,I only wanted to ask if there was any way to change a single part on a vehicle,without having to reset it completely,like for example,you wanna Role Play,you damage the bumper,you can replace it without fixing the rest of the car.

Hey Phym,Thanks for replying anyway,I honestly thought there would be a mod for that,but didn't know what to look for,thanks anyway.
By the Way,do you know if I can Post this in Suggestions or would it be a rule violation ? I read the rules,and didn't see one that could avoid users from doing that but the one saying don't duplicate,but it's for locked or deleted threads.

 

It wouldn’t violate the rules, but be prepared to get a whole lot of “no” in your face.
