Stuck at loading screen

Hello!
Today I started game in Laucher and I selected Utah and press spawn.
3 min later I realized car spawned because I could hear horn sound but screen was at loading screen.
So I tried in safe mod and it worked but I want to play in launcher.
- Why does game stuck at loading screen?
-How do I solve it?

have you cleared your cache - i.e. delete C:\Users\~username~\Documents\BeamNG.drive\cache.0.20.0.0?

have you got any mods activated? if so try disabling.

what are the specs of your PC?

I cleared cache and deactiviated all mods. Then it worked.
It means some mod is broken?
