Yeah whatever its named (I completely forgot lol) But did you have any clue where the screenshots go?
Ok, never mind even after deactivating my mods again and deleting all extra parts mods, after I spawned into the new port map there broke, yet again
Yes, but Since I'm updated my Beam to 0.20 now every time i took a screenshots it necer appear in the screenshots folder anymore
The mod for drivers, passengers and loads is sadly broken now, the Jbeam file of the driver seems to corrupt because of wrong implementation of coreSlot, previously the game would ignore this but now it breaks the whole vehicle. I wish it still worked like before 0.20, now you should either disable this mod OR go to the mod files and delete every single instance of {"coreSlot":true} in every file in every folder of the mod. It worked for me.
Hello! Does this happen with a specific vehicle or with all vehicles? A video highlighting the issue would be great, so that we can reproduce and investigate from there. Thanks!
Here's my vids, tried safemode with sunburst, esbr 800 and the grand marshal. The sounds seem to be there but very quiet, when hitting the undercarriage in one video that was much noticeably louder than all other crash sounds
Hi, just noticed some bugs with the SBR4 after the .20 update - High and low beams seem to be switched around - Gauge cluster displays a gear in advance for manual vehicles, for example, in neutral the cluster displays "1" instead of "N" - Light flickering even without any lights turned on, its really bright (equivalent to a high beam) and can get annoying at times. Noticed this after having played the new update for a couple of hours. Cleared all mods and reinstalled the game only to find the same issues. Thanks and keep safe everyone!
Same for the Mod "Torsion D-Series Wheelie Monster" [Outdated] https://www.beamng.com/resources/torsion-d-series-wheelie-monster.217/ which removed tires/wheels for *all* cars. "Disable all mods" in-game did not work btw. I came across searching the logs for this "coreSlot": Line 1153: 66.18529|E|libbeamng.Lua.Exception| [\"pickup_wheeldata_R\",\"pickup_wheeldata_R\", \"Rear Spindles\",{\"coreSlot\":true}],\13\ Line 1157: 66.18536|E|libbeamng.Lua.Exception| [\"torsion_pickup_suspension_R_gussets_etc\",\"pickup_axle_R_clamps-HD-Gussets\",\"Strength Upgrades\",{\"coreSlot\":true}],\13\
On the spindles, the coreSlot is actually supposed to be used, it might be the other thing doing that
I think 0.20.1 will include water splash sounds, and prerunners ( or 0.20.2/ 0.20.3) What do you think? Also what do you think, when cars will get the "get dirty" system?
im having a problem... GPU not responding how can i fix it? it happens when i turn on the lights on any vehicle
I found a little problem in this update. the wheels are sortened on size, instead of name -> size. so, if you want to switch from an alder dragger 15x12 to an 15x14, you can,t just click one down, you have to search all over the place. could that be listed as before?
Slightly off topic but is the scale of the trailers off a little? For example I was towing the travel trailer with the Tograc, granted it's a small SUV but it's dwarfed by it. Same goes for the 'small trailer'. In fact the travel trailer even looks a bit big compared to a Roamer. Or is it just because it's an American style/size trailer vs a European car? Side note: I love the squealing sound effect has been added to overheating brakes - It's the small details that make this game so good.
To all the people talking about the nice news sound for "overheated brakes" it is actually the sound of glassed pads. If you overheat the brakes sufficiently, the pads will glass which drastically reduces brake performance and increases brake upheat even more. Once the brakes have cooled down sufficiently repeated braking will "unglass" the pads, restoring regular brake performance. This can be quite hard to achieve under racing conditions as the glassed pads take longer to cool down and heat up more rapidly. o
Take a look at the Audio feedback thread. I've sent three videos of this issue (two of them in safe mode). Every car seems to have this issue.
