Hello. I don't know a lot about computers, but i love the hell out of BeamNg. I think i have an "OK" computer. It runs half way decent playing Beam, but if i get on a map that is too big , or if i turn on the traffic and spawn more than 2 cars (other than my car), it starts to lag. Videos on you tube with cars haulin ass, weavin thru traffic, crashin into a road block and parts flyin everywhere! It makes me wonder... what kind of system are they using? Does anyone have any advise as to what part of my pc to upgrade to get better fps performance? Or, what is a better gaming computer? (Without taking out a bank loan!) Right now i'm running a Raidmax tower, AMD A8-5500 Quad core 16 GB RAM 500 GB HDD Windows 10 Pro 64 Bit Radeon HD 7560D graphics. I'm not even sure what all of that means. But, please, can anyone help me find a way to enjoy Beam better than i am now? Thank you for your time. Steve

If you can fit a full size ATX mainboard in your case, you might want to look at something like a Ryzen 3 3300X (I think they come with a decent cooler included too but I'm not sure). For a new graphics card you might be able to get an RX 5500XT for less than or at least around 200 dollars.
For a mainboard the Asus Prime B550 Plus is something I think I could recommend, if you'd like to save a bit of money here a Gigabyte B550 DS3H seems like a good option, or equivalent ones. You'll need new RAM, you'll want two sticks, with 16GB together, if you can find something for cheap with over 3000Mhz that's what you should get.
If you want and have the extra money you could also replace your HDD with an SSD for faster boot and loading times, or get any kind of more expensive CPU or GPU.

I second the Ryzen 3 3300X, it is a very powerful CPU for the money. The RX 5500 XT is a good GPU, but the GTX 1650 Super performs about the same and costs about $20-30 less.

Thanks for the info. I'll have to look into it.

Thanks for your time and info. I'm looking into getting a better pc. If i keep having problems with BeamNG, i might just quit (trying) to play it all together. The newest update just made everything worse.
