Missing a file upon update

    I've installed, uninstalled, and installed again. Both times I received the message

    "The program can't start because CrashRpt1402.dll is missing from your computer. Try reinstalling the program to fix this problem."

    I attempted an update but that didn't fix it. Is there a way I can download just the file?

    EDIT: Did some more looking, I think it's my firewall lol

    Try turning of your Anti-Virus then turn it on again after instalation!
    My friend had the same problem.
