What do you mean? Wheels where changed significantly between updates, if you're having issues like that all I can do is tell you to delete your cache and stuff relating to it
When I try to do a custom skin, I have it named custom_skin.dds and the custom file made in the satsoom folder. I have no idea what went wrong

forgot to mention that your odometers should be saving So when am i getting my highest mileage satsuma dethroned? Bear in mind this is total mileage across all dev versions between august /september 2019-now 1761km total, does not read in miles
That feature was cut from the mod as it was just wasting space in the skin slot, forgot to remove the included txt file I guess
