how do i add TOD (Time of Day) in new world editor?

ok so i added but it keeps cycling how do i edit it ?

 

Uncheck the "play" box in TOD inspector window. If you don't have it visible, go to View > Layouts > Revert to Factory Settings.

but now the ingame sliders wont work

Seems like saving and restarting helps.
